LSCS (Lower segment Cesarian section) is the commonly performed surgery at our Hospital. High-risk pregnancies are excellently managed and the facility for instrumental and cesarean is available 24 hours all days of the week at G.R. Hospital. Most commonly to deliver the baby a transverse incision is made in the lower uterine segment above the attachment of the urinary bladder to the uterus.
